Went here for a Mother’s Day late lunch, we had a reservation for our group of 9 so we were seated pretty quickly. (Had lots of bigger groups and we didn’t feel squished in either!) The atmosphere was really nice, everything we ate was super delicious. Loved the artichoke dip! Service was a little slow, didn’t really stop by our table other than to drop off food and didn’t seem to have other tables in our section so we couldn’t spot her to ask for more drinks from the bar or refills on the kiddo’s drink. Food was great and reasonably priced for what you got so I would definitely go back!

This place was really nice. Pizza selection way more interesting than usual, sandwich options were really good, they had great gluten-free options, and they had non-alcoholic beer options. Could not believe our luck. Recommended by our hotel.

We ate here on a Thursday at 5 o’clock and it was already busy. Which is a good indicator for how good the food was. I got the California pizza and it was great. My wife got the Cobb salad good. The service was great. Our server got us the food quickly. There are several other pizzas on the menu that I would like to try. We will have to come back again a few times to try them out.

I visit SLC a couple times a year and this is always the first place I stop when I land. Last time I visited it was also the last place I went before taking off too. Wish I could try everything on the menu. Everything I’ve had has been SO GOOD. Pictured is the peach brie appetizer, a special for September. If you’re going during normal dinner hours, I highly recommend getting a reservation or getting on the waitlist before you arrive.

Slackwater is a vibe! Such a fun place to go to with a group of friends or a family outing. They have a ton of seating and an awesome menu. They’re definitely known for offering a wide variety of more unique flavors and combinations of pizzas, which I’m a huge fan of personally. They also have a lot of great spin offs for your typical bar food and shareable plates. Great place to go for drinks, pies, and a good time with people you love! FYI, it’s usually always busy, so be prepared for that, as well as a noisier environment.

The atmosphere is really fun and we had a wonderful dinner. I loved that I could make a reservation online through Google maps and not have to wait in line at the restaurant. Our table came up right as we got there and it was perfect! They had live music which was fun. Or was a perfect night for weather (like 75°) so the garage part was open and we had some outdoor air which was nice. We ordered chips with half guacamole and half salsa/pico de Gallo. The guacamole was amazing & we wish we had just gone with full guac, the chips were also good. We ordered different personal pizzas and shared a little. Everyone was thrilled with what they ordered, the pizzas were really delicious. The waiter gave us some great recommendations. I especially loved the Margarita pizza and the California Sunrise. For dessert we split an order of peach beignets. It was a large plate of little beignets that has some powered sugar and diced peaches with a large scoop of whipping cream. It was decadent and it was enough for all 5 of us. We went home with leftovers for tomorrow. I loved this restaurant and will definitely be back. The service was fabulous, there was live music (it's a Friday night), the food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun.

Food was great overall with some very unique pizzas. My only complaint was an extremely long wait and the significant noise level. This is not a place you can realistically have a conversation without yelling.

Slackwater should be considered the best of the best in SLC. The food was amazing, the service was awesome & they have an expansive selection of beers on tap and in can/bottle form. The pizza was great- I’ve been all over the country & I’ve never tasted dough like this, in a good way! It is ever so slightly sweet, soft but crispy…… outstanding flavor- The bartender Norm was knowledgable, friendly and had great recommendations! I’m only passing through but I’m glad I found this gem. Next time I’m in SLC, I know where to go, thank you!
